vaccinationsPhysicals and vaccinations are offered by Medical Access. Although you can simply walk-in to our center at anytime, it is helpful to call ahead and schedule an appointment for immigration and annual physicals so you won’t have to wait. We can typically get you in either the same day or the next day and give you the attention you deserve.

Physicals

Immigration Physicals

Two of our physicians, Dr. Manbir Takhar, our Medical Director and Dr. Leonard Kassis are civil surgeons who are certified to perform Immigration Physicals. We suggest that you bring a list of any immunizations you’ve had. Our competitive fee includes an exam, RPR testing and initial TB screening if needed. If any immunizations are needed, there is an extra charge.

Annual Physicals

Depending on your age and insurance coverage, we suggest that you get a physical every one to two years. During this time, we will do laboratory testing appropriate to your age, sex, and family history. We will discuss any health issues you may be having and make recommendations for improving your health.

Cardiac Evaluations

For ages 40 and up, a cardiac evaluation may help you discover more about yourself. We offer stress test, ECHO cardiograms, and EKGs.

Sports Physicals

For children and young who need a clearance to participate in sports, we offer a medical evaluation and completion of the required forms. You can download directly from our forms list. (Click here for this specialized form)

DOT Physicals

Our physicians are trained to perform DOT physicals for clearance to obtain a CDL license.

Other

We also provide Executive Physicals as well as physicals for Daycare Providers, College Students, School Admissions, Back-to-school, Camps, and Pre-employment physicals through our comprehensive Occupational Health Division.
